HeapsGood Returns Policy

If you have any problems with your order within 30 days of receiving it, hit us up and we'll organise a return for you immediately. That's the HeapsGood happiness guarantee.

Exchanges 
With the eagerness of a thousand golden retrievers. We're happy to exchange any orders for wrong sizes or the like within the Golden 30 Days. Items need to be returned in an unused and saleable condition, meaning you need to return your Ecomailers before they go in the compost.

Credits
Any returns or exchanges that fall outside of 30 days will be processed on a case-by-case basis. While bribes are encouraged and shamelessly accepted, we can only offer a credit or exchange in these situations. As before, products need to be returned in an unused and saleable condition. If they come back with any weird smells, we'll be handing them straight over to the FBI.

Custom Products
Returns are not accepted for custom printed products. All custom products are personalised for you and are not suitable for resale. We can only accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective items, and not for change of mind.
